ABOUT
Dr. Jeannette Vos is the founder of the Learning Revolution International and an internationally renowned author, self- learning expert, keynote speaker, educator, brain/mind researcher, and a certified health nutrition professional. She's passionate about teaching people to be their best and to design their own future by giving them the skills needed for high-performance learning, thinking, personal development, and wellness.
As a pioneer and leader in teaching people how to accelerate their self-learning abilities, Dr. Vos captivates her audiences in a very hands-on approach and her expertise in incorporating music and nutrition with learning for high achievement comes as an extra bonus. Her multi-media presentations have attracted huge audiences in a number of countries around the world, ranging from corporations and educational organizations to schools.
Dr. Vos is a Netherlands-born, Canadian-raised, American doctor of education. As a highly skilled teacher and trainer, Dr. Vos has worked with people of diverse cultures and socio-economic levels and in all age groups, from early childhood to senior citizens. She also has experience with teaching at-risk students those that have learning-difficulties.
In 1993, Dr. Vos earned her doctorate from Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, Arizona, after a seven-year study researching high-performance learning methods based on the neurosciences and best practices from around the world. Shortly thereafter, she co-founded the National Institute for Teaching Excellence with Dr. John Grassi at Cambridge College in Boston, Massachusetts. Later, she became the senior professor of education in the master’s degree program at Cambridge College in Ontario, California, where she taught teachers of at-risk students.
In 1994, Dr. Vos co-authored the book The Learning Revolution, which became a literary sensation internationally. A few years later, both her and her co-author, Gordon Dryden, wrote and published the follow-up book, Unlimited: The New Learning Revolution and the Seven Keys to Unlock It. She is currently working on her next book, set for release in early 2021.
